Acharya Sandeep has more than 15 years experience in the field of Yoga He also worked with many Corporates like GSK, Cipla and Shree Ram Insurance. Acharya Sandeep finished his Bachelor in Pharma from MDU University Rohtak and PG in Yoga from LBS University New Delhi. He has deep knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology due to his medical background and experience in the field of Yoga he developed himself in such a way that he can envision the minutest details of patients mind and body constitution and according to corresponding constitution he suggest Yogic Breathing and meditative techniques.
He has even cured countless people from India as well as from different part of the world with various disorders like cervical spondylitis,posure related issues, frozen Shoulder, tennis elbow , arthritis, PCOD, PCOS, lower Backpain, Disc prolapse, stress related issues (Hypertension, migraine, depression, anxiety) etc.
Acharya Sandeep also lectured on these techniques by social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook etc.).So,that everyone can get benefitted by them .
SNT YogClinic also provide online /offline session for beginners to intermediate for various forms of Yoga like therapy yoga, person yoga, Group yoga, prenatal postnatal yoga,power yoga ,flow yoga etc.for general flexibility, weight loss , strength etc .
